The gantry and base are made from a single piece of metal, further increasing the accuracy of the Z-axis and enabling better print quality. The printer also features direct extrusion at full power, allowing for extrusion without clogging for over 1000 hours. A 60 W ceramic heater ensures complete melting of filaments at high speeds.

Reliable Cooling

The printer is equipped with a durable copper nozzle with a steel tip and a thermal shield made of titanium alloy. Additionally, two powerful fans at the front and back of the print head quickly and evenly cool the freshly printed section, ensuring excellent print quality even at high speeds.

The Ender-3 V3 offers automatic leveling and calibration, preparing the printer for operation without the need for manual leveling. The printer is also equipped with a 4.3-inch color HD touchscreen, which allows for easy monitoring of the printing process, model preview, and temperature control using dynamic graphics. Additionally, the printer has an operating system compatible with Windows and Mac OS, providing versatility in usage.

The directly driven extruder is reinforced with a screw spring and a ball piston, ensuring a strong grip on the filament without slipping.
